Grown seasonally in the sub tropical climate of the Nimbin Valley, we rely on natural rainfall to feed our rice fields and grow the hardy grain, now in crumb form. 

Insecticide, and naturally gluten free, our rice crumbs are a perfect match to coat your veggies and fish all year round. 

To keep the crumbs as fresh as can be, keep refrigerated and use within twelve months.
